Eurosail-UK 2007-6 NC

This seventh "UK" originated deal from the Eurosail conduit sees a securitisation of UK residential
mortgage loans originated by Alliance & Leicester plc, Matlock London, Preferred Mortgages Ltd
and Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited. All of the 3,590 loans can be considered to be non-con
forming mortgage loans secured on residential properties located in England, Wales, Scotland and
Northern Ireland.

The average current outstanding balance is Stg£109,453, with a weighted average LTV at origina-
tion of 73.60%. Under the terms of tghis transaction, further advances will not be allowed. However,
the servicer may under some circumstances agree to convert mortgages between various products
and repayment methods, as in previous transactions. In total 72.31% of the loans (by volume) were
granted for re-mortgage purposes, and 60.59% (by value) and interest-only mortgages. 55.47% (by
value) are self-certificated mortgages, and 5.40% (by value) are buy-to-let mortgages.

Geographically, the main regional concentrations (by value) are: South East 21.11%, Greater London
13.36%, North West 11.42%, and West Midlands 8.72%
