A second re-financing of the Westfield Stratford City Finance transaction, which originally closed in October 2014 and then re-financed in July 2019.
Westfield Stratford City is Europe's second largest urban retail and leisure destination. Situated in Stratford London, it is adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Westfield Stratford City opened in September 2011 and has just over 2 million sq. ft. of gross internal area for retail, leisure and ancillary space.
Occupancy (per cent. of GIA): 96.2% Occupancy (per cent. of ERV): 97.1%, Number of leases: 293, Weighted average lease term to expiry: 9.2 years, Weighted average lease term to first break: 3.7 years.
Top 10 tenants include (by percentage of passing rent): ITX UK Ltd – 5.9%, Primark Stores Ltd – 4.4%, H&M Hennes & Mauritz UK Ltd – 3.9%, JD Sports Fashion plc – 2.9%.
EU Risk Retention: The Issuer is of the opinion that Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 (the Securitisation Regulation) does not apply to the Notes.
