Another managed cash flow CLO from manager Investcorp Credit Management EU Limited, via arranger BNP Paribas.

At least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Secured Senior Loans or Senior Secured Bonds and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Unsecured Senior Loans, Second-Lien Loans, High Yield Bonds and Mezzanine Loans.

The transaction features a reinvestment period which ends in July 2030, and a non-call period until 6 May 2027.
