The securitisation will consist mainly (at least 96%) of Senior Secured Obligations, with a residual mix of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

The CLO will feature a non-call period until November 2026 and a re-investment period which ends in November 2028.
