Cross Ocean Bosphorus CLO VIII (Refinance): 24 July 2025

A re-financing of Cross Ocean Bosphorus CLO VIII, which originally closed on 29 March 2023.

The transaction is a cash-flow European CLO from manager Cross Ocean Adviser LLP and arranger Deutsche Bank, where at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations.

The deal includes a non-call period ending 15 July 2027 and a reinvestment period running until 15 July 2030.
