Canyon Euro CLO 2025-2 DAC: 02 September 2025

The transaction is a cash-flow European CLO from manager Canyon CLO Advisors via arranger Citi. At least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations.

The deal includes a non-call period ending 15 October 2027 and a reinvestment period running until 15 October 2030.
