Bain Capital Euro CLO 2022-2 (2nd Refinance): 01 September 2025

A second re-financing of Bain Capital Euro CLO 2022-2, which originally closed on 7 September 2022, and was then re-financed on 2 February 2024. The existing Notes, except for the Class F Notes and the Subordinated notes, are being refinanced.

The transaction is a cash-flow European CLO from manager Bain Capital Credit, where at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations.

The deal includes a non-call period ending 27 August 2026 and a reinvestment period running until 22 July 2028.
