CVC Cordatus Loan Fund XXV-A (Refinance): 25 April 2025

A refinancing of CVC Cordatus Loan Fund XXV-A, which is a securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Obligations, with the balance a mix of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

The portfolio will be actively managed by CVC Credit Partners Investment Management Limited, with a non-call period until 22 October 2026, and a re-investment period which ends in October 2029.
