Another CLO from collateral manager CVC Credit Partners Investment Management Limited. The arranger is Jefferies International Limited.

The securitisation will consist mainly (at least 96%) of Senior Secured Obligations with a residual mix of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

The CLO will feature a non-call period until October 2026, and a re-investment period which ends in October 2029.
