Jubilee CLO 2018-XX B.V. (Refin): 22 December 2024

A refinancing of Jubilee CLO 2018-XX , where the portfolio will consist mainly of Senior Secured Obligations (at least 96%) with the balance made up of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine, Second-Lien Loans and High-Yield Bonds.

The portfolio will be actively managed by Alcentra Ltd. There will be a non-call period until 19 December 2026 and a re-investment period will feature, which ends in December 2029.
