Quantumrock Securitization Sàrl (Rough Gemstone I): 28 August 2023

Quantumrock Securitization Sàrl is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and is acting in respect and on behalf of the Compartment Rough Gemstone I.

The Issuer will use the proceeds raised from the issuance of the Certificates to enter into a facility agreement, as lender, with QR RGS I Asset SPV UG, to which the Issuer will make available an amount of up to US$164mln. The Issuer may make available the amounts under the Facility Agreement to QR RGS I Asset SPV UG via payment in-kind and payment in cash. QR RGS I Asset SPV UG will use the funds under the Facility Agreement (both in-kind and in cash) to acquire the substantial stock of well-documented precut, rough gemstones.
