Ares European CLO XI DAC (Refinance): 11 May 2021

A re-financing of the transaction that originally closed in April 2019, and a securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Loans (at least 96%) with a component of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine and Second-Lien Loans. Ares European Loan Management LLP will continue to manage the CLO.

The transaction features a Non-call which ends 15 October 2022, and a re-investment period ending 15 October 2023.
