A re-financing of the rated tranches of a deal which was initially closed in February 2019 (prospectus and market commentary available on www.euroabs.com), where Blackstone Ireland Limited will continue to act in the management role.

Portfolio criteria: at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Secured Senior Loans or Senior Secured Bonds; up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Unsecured Senior Loans, Second-Lien Loans, High Yield Bonds and Mezzanine Loans.

The transaction features a non-call period until 18 November 2022, and a re-investment period ending 15 September 2025.
