St Paul's CLO X (Refinance): 26 April 2021

A refinancing of the transaction which initially closed in March 2019, where the portfolio will continue to be managed by Intermediate Capital Managers Limited.

The transaction is a securitisation of mainly Senior Secured Loans (at least 90%) with a component of Senior Unsecured, Mezzanine and Second-Lien Loans.

The re-investment period runs until 22 April 2025, and features a non-call period until 22nd July 2025.
