The transaction is a refinancing of the earlier Elm Park CLO, which closed in May 2016, and securitises a portfolio of primarily Senior-Secured Leveraged Loans and Bonds.

The transaction features a non-call period until 15 October 2022, and a reinvestment period ending on 15 October 2025.
