Anchorage Capital Europe CLO 2021-4: 30 March 2021

A cash-flow CLO from manager Anchorage CLO ECM, which will be the manager's fourth European CLO, where at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Senior Secured Obligations and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Senior Unsecured Obligations.

The deal includes a non-call period ending 25 October 2022, and a reinvestment period ending 25 April 2025. The weighted average life test is 8.5 years. The portfolio is expected to be 90% ramped as of the closing date.
