Bain Capital Euro CLO 2018-2 (Refinance): 23 April 2021

Another re-financing, with the portfolio being managed by Bain Capital Credit US CLO Manager, LLC.

The Issuer is a managed cash flow CLO, where at least 92.5% of the portfolio must consist of Secured Senior Loans or Senior Secured Bonds and up to 7.5% of the portfolio may consist of Unsecured Senior Loans, Second-Lien Loans, High Yield Bonds and Mezzanine Loans.

As part of the re-financing there is a Non-call period until 20 April 2022, and the reinvestment period runs until 20 Jan 2023. Additionally the Issuer has extended the weighted average life test date by 9 months to 15 February 2028.
