Armada Euro CLO I (Refinance): 29 April 2021

Another refinancing, on this occasion of Brigade Capital Europe Management LLP's Armada Euro CLO I via Morgan Stanley.

The Issuer is a managed cash flow CLO, where at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of Secured Senior Loans or Senior Secured Bonds and up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of Unsecured Senior Loans, Second-Lien Loans, High Yield Bonds and Mezzanine Loans.

As part of the re-financing, the issuer has extended the reinvestment period to 4.25 years and the weighted average life to 8.5 years.
