BNPP AM Euro CLO 2018 BV (refinance): 07 March 2021

The Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D Notes due 2031 previously issued on 5 September 2018 are all being refinanced. The original Class E Notes, Class F Notes, M-1 Subordinated Notes and M-2 Subordinated Notes which will remain outstanding.

The Issuer has extended the weighted average life by 12 months to 7.0 years and has amended certain reinvestment criteria post reinvestment period, definitions and minor features. The transaction has a non-call period ending on 4 December 2021, while the reinvestment period is unchanged, ending on 15 October 2022.
