This is a Spanish ABS trade receivables programme of up to Eur300mln, with all the receivables guaranteed by Compañía Española de Seguros de Crédito a la Exportación S.A. (CESCE).

The actual originator is Vall Companys, which is a Spanish family-owned agri-food group, and is one of the main agri-food groups in Europe. The sellers in the transaction are entities that are part of the Vall Company’s group, where the securitised assets are trade receivables comprising credit rights generated between Vall Companys and its clients
