Madison Park Euro Funding XV: 02 May 2020

This is a securitisation of mainly senior secured obligations, but also featuring senior unsecured, mezzanine, second-lien loans, first-lien last-out loans and high-yield bonds, and will be actively managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Limited.

The collateralised loan obligation (CLO) has a 4.5-year reinvestment period (ending date 29 Oct 2024), and a non-call period which ends on 29 April 2022.
As of the closing date, the issuer has acquired approximately 93.5% of the target effective date portfolio.
