On 27 November 2017 (the Initial Issue Date), the Issuer issued Class A1-2017 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060 and Class A2-2017 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060. In connection with the issue of the Class A2017 Notes the Issuer issued 2 series of junior notes, the Class B1-2017 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060 and the Class B2-2017 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060.

In addition, on 6 December 2019 the Issuer will issue A1-2019 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060 and Class A2-2019 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060. The Issuer will also issue 2 series of Class B-2019 Notes, namely Class B1-2019 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060 and Class B2-2019 Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes due May 2060.
