St Paul's CLO II (Refinance): 10 October 2019

Another re-financing, where the net proceeds from the refinancing notes and newly issued Class X notes will be used to redeem the existing notes, except the subordinated notes which are not being reoffered but are having their maturity extended in line with the new notes.

The portfolio, which consists of the existing portfolio (mainly senior secured obligations), will be further modified by sales and purchases managed by Intermediate Capital Managers Limited.
