A securitisation of mainly senior secured loans with a small component of senior unsecured, mezzanine and second-lien loans, which will be managed by Blackstone / GSO Debt Funds Management Europe Limited.

The CLO features a 4.5-year reinvestment period and an 8.5-year weighted average life.
