The investment objective of the Issuer is to generate long term capital appreciation and, from time to time, current income by acquiring a portfolio of loans and asset-backed securities (which may include performing, distressed or undervalued residential loans and securities, commercial mortgage loans and securities, opportunistic corporate loans and securities, and other consumer or commercial assets and asset backed securities).

FCO MA MI II Advisors LLC will act as the Portfolio Manager, and is an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC.
