Another cash-flow CLO transaction, to be managed by Och-Ziff Europe Loan Management Limited.

Concentration/investment limits (include): a min of 90% in Secured Senior Obligations; a max of 30% in Cov-lite Loans; Unsecured Senior Obligations, Second Lien Loans, Mezzanine Obligations and High Yield Bonds limited to 10%; long-dated assets are prohibited; a max of 20% in non-euro assets.

There will be a re-investment period, ending in Jan 2024.
