The Notes were issued on 23 January 2012 (the "First Issue Date") with the following notional amounts: (i) Class A Notes: Euro 199,500,000; and (ii) Class B Notes: Euro 100,100,000. On 27 January 2015 (the "First Increase Date"), the notional amount of the Class A Notes was increased of Euro 312,600,000. On 27 July 2018 (the "Second Increase Date"), the notional amount of the Class A Notes will be further increased of Euro 4,473,000,000. The Class A Increased Principal Amount is equal to € 328,942,407.15.
