This is a CMBS securitisation of a senior loan advanced to the borrower to provide partial acquisition financing for the Dayan family to acquire Lapithus Hotels Management UK and its 20 hotels.

The original lender was Goldman Sachs Bank USA and the loan is secured by 20 hotels which are all located in the U.K, operating either under the Crowne Plaza brand or the Holiday Inn brand.
