Avoca CLO XV PLC (Refinancing): 01 March 2018

The assets securing the notes will consist of a portfolio of senior loans, secured senior loans, corporate rescue loans, mezzanine obligations and high yield bonds, and will be managed by KKR Credit Advisors (Ireland).

On 5 November 2015 (the original issue date), Avoca CLO XV issued Class A-1 notes, Class A-2 notes, Class B-1 notes, Class B-2 notes, Class C notes, Class D notes, Class E notes, Class F notes and Class M-1 & M-2 Subordinated notes.

On or about 20 February 2018 the issuer will, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, refinance the original Class A notes, Class B notes, Class C notes, Class D notes, Class E notes and Class F notes.
