Established in 1997, Valiant Bank AG is a savings bank focused on providing retail banking products and services (mortgages and corporate loans, customer savings and deposits) to local residents. Valiant Bank AG is the 16th largest bank in Switzerland in terms of total assets. In 2016 its total assets were CHF25,923,57 mln.

The cover pool for the programme consists of prime residential mortgages exclusively backed by Swiss residential properties, in CHF, where the borrowers are exclusively private individuals. The total amount of outstandings cannot exceed Chf5bln.
