North Westerly CLO IV 2013 (Reissue): 21 July 2017

The assets securing the Notes will consist of a portfolio of primarily Senior Obligations and Mezzanine Obligations, and will be managed by NIBC Bank N.V.

On 19 December 2013 (the Original Closing Date) North Westerly CLO IV 2013 issued Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class B-1 Notes, Class B-2 Notes, Class C Notes, Class D Notes, Class E Notes and Subordinated Notes.

On or about 17 July 2017 (the Refinancing Date), the Issuer will, subject to the certain conditions, refinance the Original Class A-1 Notes, the Original Class A-2 Notes, the Original Class B-1 Notes, the Original Class B-2 Notes, the Original Class C Notes, the Original Class D Notes and the Original Class E Notes.
