BlueMountain CLO 2013-4 (Re-Issue): 25 April 2017

On the Original Closing Date, BlueMountain CLO 2013-4 Ltd issued Class A Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class B-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class B-2 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes, Class C Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class D Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class E Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class F Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, and Subordinated Notes.

On 17 April 2017 (the Refinancing Date), the Issuer refinanced the Class A Notes, the Class B-1 Notes, the Class B-2 Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes. The Class E Notes, the Class F Notes and the Subordinated Notes are not being refinanced.

The Refinancing Notes will be offered from time to time by the Issuer for sale to investors in negotiated transactions at varying prices to be determined in each case at the time of sale.

The Portfolio Manager has informed the Issuer and the Refinancing Placement Agent that it does not intend to retain a risk retention interest contemplated by the U.S. Risk Retention Rules in connection with the refinancing transaction.
