BlueMountain CLO 2015-1 (Reissue): 27 November 2016

The original transaction was issued in April 2015 and, on 23 December 2016, the co-issuers refinanced the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class B Notes.

The Class C Notes, the Class D Notes, the Class E Notes and the Subordinated Notes are not being refinanced.

The Corresponding Delayed Draw Notes relating to the Refinanced Notes will be cancelled on the Refinancing Date.
