The Issuer's investment portfolio consists primarily of bank loans and Participation Interests, and the portfolio will be managed by Alcentra NY, LLC.

The original closing date was 28 Sept 2012 (prospectus available on www.euroabs.com). On 14 November 2016, the Co-Issuers refinanced the Class A-1 Notes, the Class B-1 Notes, the Class B-2 Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes. The Class E Notes and the Income Notes were not refinanced. The Class A-X Notes were paid in full on the Payment Date in August 2016 and are no longer outstanding.

The Refinancing Notes will be privately placed by Natixis Securities Americas LLC or its affiliates in individually negotiated transactions at varying prices to be determined in each case at the time of sale.
