Karta II Plc

A follow-up to the original Karta transaction which was issued in July 2005 and redeemed in July 2010
(all documentation available on EuroABS).

This Karta again securitises credit card receivables derived from EFG’s Mastercard and Visa portfolios.
The credit card business constitutes a considerable aspect of Eurobank EFG's strategy, both regarding
its Greek operations as well as its international activities in South Eastern Europe.

The portfolio consists of 960,208 accounts, where the average receivables balance is Eur1,262.45 and
an average credit limit of Eur4,270.42. The average age of the accounts was approximately 7.8 years.
At close, 79.3% of the portfolio (by principal receivables) was current, and 5.3% was a minimum 30days
in arrears.

In accordance with the text of Article 122(a) of Directive 2006/48/EC, Eurobank EFG will retain a material
net economic interest of not less than 5% in the securitisation.
