Providus CLO VII DAC (Refinance): 05 March 2026

A refinance of Providus CLO VII, which originally closed in June 2022. Permira European CLO Manager LLP continues to act as the Collateral Manager, and the initial purchaser will be Barclays Bank PLC.

The transaction features a non-call period until March 2027 and has a re-investment period ending in January 2029.
