Signal Harmonic CLO VI DAC: 03 April 2026

A new CLO from collateral manager Signal Loan Management Limited and, as with previous transactions, Signal Harmonic CLO VI will primarily invest in a diversified portfolio of European broadly syndicated senior-secured loans.

Signal is a €5.1bn London-based investment firm focused on opportunistic credit and special situations across private and public markets in Europe.

The transaction features a Non-Call until 31 March 2028 and a re-investment period ending on 31 March 2031. JP Morgan will act as the Placement Agent.
