This is another European cash flow CLO securitisation of euro-denominated senior secured loans and bonds issued mainly by speculative-grade borrowers, where Intermediate Capital Managers Ltd will act as the collateral manager.

The portfolio's reinvestment period will end approximately 4.5 years after closing.
