This will be the first issue from social housing provider Notting Hill Genesis, which is an exempt charity.
Notting Hill Genesis was incorporated on 3 April 2018 following an amalgamation of Notting Hill Housing Trust and Genesis Housing Association Limited which was completed on 3 April 2018. The Issuer is one of the largest housing associations in London and the south-east of England, providing homes for around 170,000 people with total stock of 65,630, 87% of which is in London. It is a member of the G15, a group of the major housing providers in London.

There will be a desk-top valuation annually, and a Full Valuation shall be delivered to the Trustee at least once in every period of five calendar years (beginning in 2024).
