Providus CLO I: 14 April 2018

Providus CLO I is a managed cash flow CLO which will feature as the collateral manager Permira Debt Managers Group Holdings Limited, and which securitises a portfolio of primarily senior secured leveraged loans and bonds.

Eligibility criteria (includes): at least 90% of the portfolio must consist of senior secured loans; up to 10% of the portfolio may consist of unsecured obligations, second-lien loans, mezzanine loans and/or high yield bonds.

The portfolio is expected to be at least approximately 78.7% ramped up as of the closing date and to be comprised predominantly of corporate loans to obligors domiciled in Western Europe. The transaction has a four-year reinvestment period.
