BNPP IP Euro CLO 2015-1 BV (Re-Issue 2018): 17 April 2018

The assets securing the Notes will consist of a portfolio of primarily Senior Loans and Mezzanine Loans, and will be managed by BNP Paribas Asset Management France SAS.

On 15 April 2015, BNPP IP Euro CLO 2015-1 B.V. issued Class A-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2028 which were refinanced on 18 April 2017 (the Original Refinancing Date), Class A-2 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2028 which were refinanced on the Original Refinancing Date, Class B-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2028 which were refinanced on the Original Refinancing Date, Class B-2 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2028 which were refinanced on the Original Refinancing Date, Class C Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due 2028 which were refinanced on the Original Refinancing Date, Class D Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due 2028 which were refinanced on the Original Refinancing Date, Class E Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due 2028, and Class F Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due 2028 . The Issuer also issued Subordinated Notes due 2028.

On 16 April 2018 the Issuer will, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, refinance in whole each of the Original Class A Notes, the Original Class B Notes, the Original Class C Notes, the Original Class D Notes, the Original Class E Notes and the Original Class F Notes.
