Dwr Cymru (Financing) Limited - Programme: 22 December 2017

Under this programme, Dwr Cymru (Financing) may, from time to time, issue bonds in bearer and/or registered form. Bonds to be issued under this programme will be issued in series, and may be issued in one or more of five (5) classes. The Guaranteed Asset Backed bonds have been designated as “Class A Bonds”. The Asset-Backed bonds will be designated as one of “Class B bonds”, “Class R bonds”, “Class C bonds” or “Class D bonds”. Each class may be further divided into sub-classes, with each sub-class pertaining to the currency, interest rate and maturity, and may be denominated in sterling, euro, US$, or other currency as specified in the relevant final terms.
