Yarlington Treasury Services (3.41% Sep 2057): 18 September 2017


A secured issue from social housing provider Yarlington Housing Group payable as to: £2,280,000 on 18 September 2017; £39,240,000 on 18 September 2018; £39,240,000 on 18 September 2019 and £39,240,000 on 18 September 2020. Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled as specified in the Conditions, the Bonds will be redeemed in eight equal instalments (each a Redemption Instalment) of £125 per £1,000 of paid up nominal amount on each Interest Payment Date falling on 18 September 2048, 18 September 2049, 18 September 2050, 18 September 2051, 18 September 2053, 18 September 2054, 18 September 2056 and 18 September 2057.

Yarlington Housing Group (the Original Borrower) is registered in England and Wales as a charitable registered society. The Original Borrower was originally incorporated as South Somerset Homes Limited in Jan 1998 and it changed its name to Yarlington Housing Group in April 2009. As of 31 March 2017, the Original Borrower managed 10,245 homes across Somerset, Devon and Dorset.

The Valuation Report was prepared by Savills Advisory Services Limited.

In accordance with Clause 12.1: A) a Full Valuation Report will be prepared by an Approved Valuer which values all Charged Properties on a full valuation basis at least once in every period of five calendar years and B) a Desk Top Valuation Report will be prepared by an Approved Valuer which values all the Charged Properties on a “desk-top” basis in the period between 31st March and the date falling 120 days thereafter in each year other than a year in respect of which such Charged Properties have been valued on a full valuation basis.
