Harvest CLO X (Reissue): 15 August 2017

The assets securing the Refinancing Notes will consist, and the assets securing the Original Notes consist, of a portfolio of Senior Secured Loans, Second Lien Loans, Unsecured Senior Loans, Mezzanine Loans, Corporate Rescue Loans and Bridge Loans, and will be managed by Investcorp Credit Management EU Limited.

On 6 November 2014 (the Original Issue Date) Harvest CLO X issued Class A Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class B Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class C Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class D Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class E Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class F Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes and Subordinated Notes.

On or about 15 August 2017 (the Refinancing Date) the Issuer will, subject to certain conditions, redeem the Notes by issuing Class A Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class B Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class C Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class D Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes and, together with the Class E Notes, the Class F Notes and the Subordinated Notes.
