Jamestown CLO III Ltd Reissue: 02 June 2017

The Issuer's investment portfolio consists primarily of senior secured loans and, to a limited extent, debt securities, and will be managed by Investcorp Credit Management US LLC (formerly known as 3i Debt Management US LLC).

On the Original Closing Date, Jamestown CLO III Ltd issued Class A-1A Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class A-1B Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes, Class A-2A Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, Class A-2B Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes, Class B Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class C Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes, Class D Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes and Subordinated Notes.

On 16 May 2017 (the Refinancing Date), the Co-Issuers intend to refinance the Class A-1A Notes, the Class A-1B Notes, the Class A-2A Notes, the Class A-2B Notes and the Class B Notes. The Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Subordinated Notes are not being refinanced.
