Avoca CLO XII PLC (Re-Issue): 07 April 2017

On 17 September 2014 Avoca CLO XII issued Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F and Subordinated Notes.

On 4 April 2017 the issuer will, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, refinance the original Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E and Class F notes. The refinanced notes will be issued and secured pursuant to a Supplemental Trust Deed to the original Trust Deed, dated on or about the refinancing date.
