Castle Park CLO Ltd (Re Issue): 16 March 2017

On 18 December 2014 Castle Park CLO issued the Class A-1 Notes, Class A2A Notes, Class A-2B Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, Class D Notes, Class E Notes and Subordinated Notes.

On or about 14 March 2017 (the Refinancing Date) the Issuer will, subject to certain conditions, refinance the original Class A-1 Notes, the original Class A-2A Notes, the original A-2B Notes, the original Class B Notes and the original Class C Notes.

The assets securing the Refinancing Notes (will consist of a portfolio of primarily Senior Obligations, Mezzanine Obligations and High Yield Bonds, and will be managed by Blackstone / GSO Debt Funds Management Europe Limited.
