Benefit Street Partners CLO IV (Reissue) Ltd: 15 January 2017

The original transaction was issued in May 2014 and, on 22 December 2016, the co-issuers refinanced the transaction by issuing new tranches of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class-B, Class-C and Class-D notes.

As previously, the refinanced notes will be secured by a portfolio of assets consisting primarily of senior secured loans, second lien loans and senior unsecured loans.
