FTA Santander Consumer Auto Fin 2007-2

Whereas in the case of the two previous transactions, the originator was Santander Consumer
Finance,SA , in this instance the originator will be Santander Consumer EFC,SA- a wholly owned
subsidiary of SCFin.

The portfolio will take the usual format, whith the 120,096 loans, split into Auto loans (70.85%),
and Consumer loans (29.15%). The vast majority of the loans have been made to individuals
(95.83%) and the balance to companies. Geographical concentration: Andalusia 24%, Canary
Islands 18%, and Catalonia 12%.

All tranches have been retained (for future issuance).
